Cancellation & Return policy

We provide utmost care towards every customer and your happiness & satisfaction is our central goal. Here is our cancellation & return policy as applicable for our products. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.

Cancelling your placed order:

Order can be canceled by the customer any time before the order has been processed for shipment or dispatched

Customer can initiate cancellation by logging into their account, visiting the order history/my orders page, and submitting the cancel order request.

When an order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the transaction is reversed and refund is processed for paid order, subject to any cancellation charge. Cancellation charge is specific to product category as per TABLE RC.

In case, customer would like to modify placed order such as shipping address or quantity for purchased item(s) before it is dispatched, please talk to our customer care.

Once order is dispatched, customer need to raise return request and it will be processed as per return policy as explained below.

Returning your order:

Customer is entitled to return eligible order items within return window. Return window is generally 7 days from delivery however it can vary based on product category. Please see product detail page or TABLE RC to know more about product specific return window. 

Raising  return request

In order to return your purchased order, customer must inform us of their decision by raising the return order request.

Customer can submit return order request by logging into their account and visiting the order history/my orders page.

Conditions for returns

In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Product is within return window.

  • Product is returnable. Customer can see the return indicator on product detail page for returnable product.

  • Product is unused and has been kept in it's original packaging.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example products which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Non-returnable products

In case of software product subscription, you are entitled to stop your subscription at any time. We want you to be happy with our service throughout your subscription period. If at anytime during your subscription we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your subscription, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it on a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the reminder of your subscription period.

Aadhyarupam doesn't force you into an annual subscription of software as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose. In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the monthly subscription cost. If at anytime during your first 7 days using our subscription service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase.

Software product subscription is not eligible for refund in case:

  • It is auto-renewal of existing subscription and 7 days already lapsed from renewal date

  • It is renewal order to activate expired subscription

  • User or business account owner subscribed or opted for "Free Trial" or "Limited period trial" of product earlier and subscribed to paid plan of the same product

  • It is new subscription order and 7 days already lapsed after activation of subscription

This policy is not applicable to "Service Contracts" or "Service Agreement" (Any work undertaken by Aadhyarupam by entering into an agreement with buyer/consumer) as it generally have separate terms and condition including cancellation & return terms.

Any product specific terms and condition for return will override this policy. Customers are advised to follow product specific terms and condition to determine return eligibility.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Customer should send the goods to the RETURN ADDRESS as mentioned in shipping receipt/delivery package.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund

We will process refund of eligible order within 5 business days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

Refund amount will be calculated after deducting return charge if applicable. Return charge is specific to product category as per TABLE RC.  Shipping, packaging and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. For payment received for Pay on Delivery (POD) order, we will require your UPI/bank account details to process your refund.
